BUYING ON GEHT MARKETPLACE
When you shop on GEHT Marketplace, every stage of your purchase is protected by the GEHT Marketplace Safe Payment Process. This system ensures that your order is delivered on time and matches the listing description.
Your payment is securely deposited into GEHT International Ltd’s escrow account, where it is held until you confirm the product’s conformity. This safeguards your funds and enables a refund if needed.
Throughout the process, GEHT Marketplace monitors the transaction to ensure timely fulfillment. Once you confirm receipt and satisfaction, the payment is released to the seller.
You can track the entire process in real-time through your Buyer’s Dashboard under the Safe Payment section.

Request an Official
If you require a formal quote before placing an order, click the “Request a Quotation” button on the product page to generate an official quotation for your records or procurement process.
1. Search and Explore Products
You can search for a specific product by click first “Search for anything" on the Home page and then by entering the keywords related to the product.
You can also search for a product by browsing various categories. To browse by category, click the “Shop” on the menu bar and select the appropriate product category.
2. Making a Purchase
Placing a Purchase Order
Once you've registered, you can immediately start placing orders. Follow the steps below to complete your purchase:
Step 1: Search for a Product
Enter keywords into the “Search for anything” bar or browse categories via the “Shop” menu. Click on the desired listing title to view product details.
Step 2: Add to Cart
Select your product, specify the quantity and click “Add to cart”. You may add additional products from the same seller to your cart.
Note: To buy from multiple sellers, complete your purchase with one seller by clicking “Confirm and pay”, then repeat the process with the next.
Step 3: Order Summary
Navigate to your shopping cart, review the Order Summary, and click “Confirm and pay”. The total amount includes the product price and a payment processing fee (see our Terms of Use for details).
Step 4: Confirm and Pay
After clicking “Confirm and Pay”, the Confirm Order page will open. You can choose your preferred payment method:
- Wire Transfer: You’ll receive a Pro Forma Invoice with net 10-day payment terms sent to your registered email address.
- Credit Card: The purchase amount is charged immediately, and a Payment and Order Summary is generated at the time of payment.
Before finalising your purchase, please review the GEHT Marketplace Terms of Use, check the agreement box, enter your account password, and click the “Confirm and Pay” button to complete the order.
Note: Once you place an order, you are committed to completing the purchase.
Both the Pro Forma Invoice (for wire transfers) and the Payment and Order Summary (for credit card payments) provide detailed information about the transaction, including the seller’s contact details, order summary and a unique reference number for tracking and communication.
3. Tracking All Your Purchases
You can monitor all your ongoing and completed transactions in the Buyer’s Dashboard under Dashboard > Buying > Order – Delivery Process. This section provides real-time updates on order status, shipment, and key next steps.
If you haven’t added a shipping account to your profile, you can do so now. If you don’t have one, select either the “Factory’s Shipping Account” or “Other” option. In this case, the GEHT Marketplace team will coordinate the shipment in collaboration with you. All shipping costs, along with a banking fee of €30 or $30 (based on your selected currency), will be invoiced to you separately.
Step 1: Order Confirmation and Invoice
The seller commits to dispatching the product within the Handling Time stated in the Listing. It's important to note that the handling time refers to the duration required to prepare the product for shipment and does not account for the shipping service's delivery time.
When purchasing a product from a country different from your registered one, you must follow to your nation's laws and regulations regarding imports. Such orders might incur import taxes, customs duties and additional fees, all of which are the buyer's responsibility. Be aware that any required customs clearance can lead to delays in the projected delivery timeline.
Upon the dispatch of your order, an “Order Confirmation and Invoice” will be promptly sent to your registered email address. “Order Confirmation and Invoice” will detail the shipment date and your order's tracking number. You can also find this information on your “Buyer's Dashboard” by navigating to “Home Page” > “Dashboard” > “Buying” > “Order – Delivery Process” > “Order Confirmation and Invoice”.
Step 2: Product Delivery
Upon receiving a product, the GEHT Marketplace Safe Payment Process guarantees that the sales transaction remains open until the end of the Return Period, which lasts 5 business days. If you believe the product does not match its description, you have the option to initiate a return as per the GEHT Marketplace Return Policy. For more details on this, please refer to our Return Policy in our Terms of Use.
If no product return has been initiated under the GEHT Marketplace Safe Payment Process and the 5-business-day return period has concluded, the completed “Order – Delivery Process” can be located under the “History” > “Finished Processeses” tab. Additionally, the Product Delivery status will update from "Waiting" to "OK".
4. Get a Quotation
To request a quotation, you must be registered and signed in to GEHT Marketplace.
Select your desired product(s) and quantity, then click “Add to Cart”. You can add multiple products from the same seller to your cart.
To generate your quote, proceed to the Order Confirmation page and click the “Get a Quote” button. A formal quotation will be sent to your email within minutes and remains valid for 30 days.
